Prozam strives to provide pure halal financing for home buyers or home owners that would like to remodel their existing homes.

For home buyers we finance up to 70% of the appraised value. We also have options to finance the down payment portion.

Our steps are simple:

You fill out our buyer intake form, sharing what kind of home you want, location, price range, monthly payment affordability, etc.

We start looking for properties in that area. When we buy one in that area, we will invite you to take a look at it.

If you like it, we set a price, deduct the down payment, and you get a set price for a set number of months. If you dont like it we sell it on the open market and keep looking for the right fit for you.
